About Catherine
My name is Catherine Lewis. I am a celebrant, an Interfaith Minister and a registered solemniser, and I have a lifelong love of weddings.
More than twenty years of that has been spent working in hospitality, most of it in and around wedding days, so I have watched an enormous number of them from the inside. I know how the day runs. I know what tightens people up and what settles them.
What I treasure most is the connection I build with each couple. I take the time to genuinely get to know you, your journey together, your personalities and what matters most to you, so that your ceremony feels authentic, heartfelt and completely your own.
I treat every wedding as if it were my own, and I pour the same care and attention into every part of it. Being part of your day is not just about delivering a ceremony. It is about sharing in your story and helping you mark it in a way that means something.
As an Interfaith Minister I welcome people of all faiths, of mixed faiths and of none. Spiritual, secular, traditional, modern, or some combination nobody has tried before, we will find the shape that fits.
When I am not writing or officiating you will usually find me outdoors, reading, or talking for far too long over a cup of tea. Those small ordinary moments of connection are the same thing a good ceremony is made of.

Where I travel
I am based in Co. Tipperary and I regularly conduct ceremonies across Limerick, Clare, Waterford, Kilkenny, Cork, Galway, Offaly and Laois. Further afield is usually possible, just ask.
